Meet the team

Hasan Sadik
Managing Director

Hasan has been managing properties since the age of 18, gaining hands-on experience across both Medway and London.

With years of industry knowledge under his belt, he has a deep understanding of lettings, property management, and how to help landlords maximise their investment potential.

Driven by a genuine passion for property and a desire to do things differently, Hasan founded Home-Share to offer a more personalised, reliable service for both tenants and landlords.

His leadership has shaped the business from day one, and his focus remains on delivering results while building long-term relationships. When it comes to property, there’s very little he hasn’t seen or solved.

Crystal Tickner
Manager

Crystal began her property career in 2007 as an office administrator at a lettings agency, later moving into sales but quickly realised lettings was where she belonged.

Crystal worked with a large corporate estate agents in Southampton and was based in their head office, beginning her role in lettings admin before progressing to Team Leader, then Manager of referencing and property management spanning over 11 years. After relocating back to Kent, Crystal joined Home-Share, where she has spent over 3 years working across both lettings and property management before becoming Manager. 

Along the way, Crystal has achieved both Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications with PropertyMark ARLA, strengthening her industry knowledge.

Outside of work, Crystal is a mum to Irish twins (siblings born less than a year apart) and once appeared on Antiques Roadshow at age 10!

Emma Famuyiwa
Accounts Manager

Emma began her career in Residential Lettings in 2004 as an administrator, working with several letting agents and gaining hands-on experience across all areas of lettings and property management.

Emma joined Home-Share in 2018 and has since built her career within the business, now managing the accounts department and overseeing all money coming in and out.

Emma has completed her Propertymark ARLA Level 3 qualification and is currently studying towards Level 4 to continue expanding her expertise.

Outside of work, life is busy as Emma is a proud parent to 10 children, including singletons, triplets, and twins! She also once appeared on Secret Agent with Phil Spencer.

Anna Donovan
Lettings Administrator

With over 18 years of experience in lettings, Anna has built a strong knowledge of the industry.

Anna began her career as a lettings negotiator, meeting clients and showing properties—quickly discovering her passion for property. Later moving into tenancy progression, managing everything from advertising, inventories and move-ins. Anna joined the team with Home-share in 2020. During this time, she has completed her ARLA Level 3 qualification. 

Anna is highly organised and enjoys making things run smoothly for everyone involved.

Outside of work Anna enjoys spending time with her family. She once did an off-road volcano quad bike tour and also holds qualifications in childcare and counselling.

Pearl Hayes
Property Manager

Pearl joined Home-Share at just 16, starting as an apprentice before completing her Level 2 qualification in Property Management and Lettings.

She quickly progressed into the role of Property Manager and is known for being hardworking, resilient, and dedicated to ensuring both tenants and landlords receive excellent service. Pearl takes pride in her ability to handle challenges calmly and efficiently.

Having lived in Kent for 19 years, Pearl brings strong local knowledge to her role and is currently studying for her ARLA Level 3 qualification to further develop her skills.

A couple of fun facts: she’s ambidextrous and runs on 5–6 cups of coffee a day!

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and discovering new places to eat.

Abigail Cane
Property Apprentice

Abigail joined Home-Share in 2024 as a property apprentice, straight from sixth form.

Abigail’s focus has been mainly on Lettings, where she has developed skills in customer service, marketing, administration, and arranging viewings.

The team has supported her throughout her apprenticeship, helping her grow in confidence and constantly encouraging her to hit her goals. Abigail is particularly valued for her positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

She is hardworking, eager to learn and always looking to improve. Before this role, her first job was working in wedding catering.

When Abigail was 10, she performed at the O2 and brings creativity and energy to everything she does both in and out of the office.
