A totally different sort of service from Home-Share. If you are looking to let your HMO you need a specialist who knows the sector, not just a high street agent. And Home-Share really know what they’re doing.

It starts with getting a realistic valuation. Some agents inflate valuations to unrealistic levels just to secure your business whilst others don’t really understand the true value of individual HMO rooms. Judging by how quickly Home-Share filled my 6 bed house, it looks like they judged it just right. It took just 10 days to fill all 6 rooms.

They know their market as well. They seemed very clear on the type of tenant who would be most likely to want to live at my property and they turned out to be spot on. A rigorous approach to all of the background checks on each applicant has meant that we’ve got some great tenants in place too.

The marketing for this sort of stuff is so important because so much of it is so bad that you have a real chance to stand out if you get it right.  And I think they did all the right things, placing ads in all the right places, especially online, where most traditional agents would have failed to post on the right types of sites. Proper professional photos made the house look great. As a result we had lots of footfall through the property right from day 1 and multiple offers, all at asking price.

Home-Share are a small, young agency. But rather than see that as a disadvantage I felt it was their greatest selling point. They are hungry for success and this directly translates to the level of service that you get from them.

Hasan, whose business it is, is a real asset. He knows his market, is honest & straight talking, organised & professional and generally gives off the air of someone for whom nothing is too much trouble.

We recently rented our HMO home with Home Share, thus far the whole team have been excellent to work with, they rented all rooms quickly and their systems and processes are very efficient.  The director Hasan is always on hand if we need him and a special mention to Chloe who has been a pleasure to deal with and is a real asset to the company.  Keep up the good work.

Used this agent over 3 years now, no issues at all.  I can always chat with any member of the staff and the owner directly via WhatsApp. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They are able to fill my rooms quickly.  They have a list of trusted handyman so any maintenance issue was addressed as soon as possible. I trusted them 100% and able to 100% hands off.  I don't need to worry about any of my rental properties.

We have been using Home-Share for a few years now and the service has always been brilliant. The rental yield has not only been better value than other agents but the service has been amazing. If there are any issues, they very swiftly handle it with no inconvenience to ourselves and the guaranteed rental actually means guaranteed rent. 

Multi-lets can be a nightmare to manage and the industry is renowned of people moving out after 6-12 months but we never have to worry if the property is fully occupied because we would still receive the full rent. We always receive our money in full and on time, which in this climate, this is genuinely priceless. 

We are now looking at purchasing another property but as Home-Share doesn't operate in other parts of the country yet, we are in fact investing in more properties in this area purely because we know we will always be looked after
